Adrien
First production at Brussels, the 1st of March, 2007 by the Théâtre Royal du Parc, with Bruno Georis, Roxane de Limelette, Frédéric Lepers, Rachel Luxen and Jacqueline Nicolas, directed by Jacques NeefsSynopsis
At the age of fifty Adrien decides that he will no longer work and will only do what pleases him. All of his entourage is stupefied: his wife, his daughter, the bookseller, nd his colleagues.
None of them understand his decision. What is he hiding?
A sparkling and original fable, a real firework display of dialogue which shatters even before one has even been able to latch onto it. The mystery surrounding Adrien is intoxicating in its lightness and depths, distilling the suspense with finesse up until the final sentence.

| Mme Léon That morning he passed by my tobacco shop, as he does every morning. At the same time. With this difference : he was passing by in the other direction. He wasn't leaving, he was already returning. | |
| Hélène | Are you planning on getting up at five in the morning every day? |
| Adrien | With the sun. It's the ideal hour. |
| Hélène | Ideal ? |
| Adrien | For walking. |
| Hélène | (to the others, as if Adrien wasn't ther) He went for a walk! |
| Bernard | A walk ! Adrien ? |
| Hélène | He's never walked in his life. He always went from the metro straight to the lift. |
| Bernard | And from the fax to the photocopier. |
| Adrien | (to Hélène) A walk is more invigorating before the sun gets too hot. |
| Hélène | You're planning on walking ? |
| Adrien | I'm planning on preparing for the fourth stage of life. |
